About Me....

Let me just say, trying to sum myself up and the one hell of a "crazy" "insane" path of life I led and lived for many years, from all the different phases & situations I've gone through, to all the obstacles, relationships, marriages, brick walls I thought I'd never get through, all the experiences and hard lessons I had to learn along the way, oh and don't let me forget all my many repeated mistakes, I'm going to try to cover all that in 2,000 words or less, lol.
But through all my many changes, there's one thing that really never changed about me, helping other people. Whether I'd be sharing some kind of info I thought might benefit someone else, or letting my friends know if I came across some new place that I think they'd like, to shopping & saving money, new products, or even sharing one of my experiences,  whatever the case was,  it always made me happy, content you might say. It always made me feel good knowing that I was helping others. And for those that knew me back in the day and know me to who I am today. how I was, where I came from, how I lived and how I used to be and where I'm at today in my life, know that when there's something that I feel I need to do or something that I want, I go hard!  I'm determined to get what I want. And back in my day, I did it with no holding back, no holds barred and didn't care of the consequences.  
But now coming to this point in my life and knowing I'm doing what it is I'm meant to do and living the life I was destined to live,
And you're here because you too are interested in healthy lifestyles and wellness.  Now more than ever we need people like you who are ready to guide and support others to living a healthy life.  Our world is experiencing a healthcare crisis, and not just because of dollars and cents, but because we have forgotten the most important medicine there is: taking care of ourselves with healthy food, exercise and lifestyle balance. 
I'm Carla Cesario, 49 years young from Plainfield, IL., originally born and raised from Cicero, Illinois moved out to Plainfield in 2005 with my 2 sons, Robert and Stephan.
