But for everyone that knows me, they know that I have a gift to gab, lol. No matter where I'm at or who I run into, it's always my wild stories that strike up the conversation. Whether it'd be a new experience or and old story from my past that I could thank from my many years of living a crazy life, being on a mission. š
Nevertheless, it's never boring, And these last few years have taught me a great deal about myself and the way I used to be and how I used to think. I can't explain exactly, but all I know is in the earlier part of 2018, my mindset had totally changed, I felt I needed to improve on me, some personal development you might say, even though I felt my life was going good, I had a good job, I quit all my bad habits, (for the most part), I started getting more involved with my tarot and changing my life style coming to really understand myself and how I worked, and what I was capable of and why I had thought about things the way I did. We're human, We live and we learn, we need to make mistakes sometimes and go through certain things in order to learn and grow and we need to reassure ourselves that's it's OK to make mistakes, as making mistakes can open you up to another level you never knew you had. As Will Smith describes in the movie " After Earth"---" the only place that fear can exist is in our thoughts of the future. It is a product of our imagination, causing us to fear things that do not at present and may not ever exist. ... Do not misunderstand danger is very real but fear is a choice.ā

Creating Positive Habits and Routines.
As we all know, Habits are formed, good & bad, personally speaking for myself and a couple of my bad habits, I had noticed I was making some of my bad habits more Routine then the good ones, fully knowing that I was going to pay dearly for it later. And I kept telling myself " What the hell are you doing Carla! "You damn well know what's going to happen just like all the other times"! Why do you keep doing this? And again I keep beating myself up, trying to understand why, especially knowing it is only going to lead me to that same negative outcome, following the same pattern and routine.
So why do we do what we do? How do we get to understand our thoughts and behaviors.
The Psychology of Scientific Thoughts and Behavior, or Carl Rogers- (1902-1987) was a Humanistic Psychologist who agreed with the main assumptions of Abraham Maslow, but added that for a person to "grow", they need an environment that provides them with genuineness (openness and self-disclosure), Acceptance (being seen with unconditional positive regard), and Empathy (being listened to and understood), and as so in the Laws of Attraction.
Having the opportunity to embark on a Spiritual Journey myself, things started to make much more sense all around and life didn't seem to be so chaotic anymore, especially after having to let go of things or people that no longer serve me.
How do we get to that point in life? I can't answer for anyone else but myself, but I started re-evaluating things; my environment, habits and people in my life, and just felt again that I still was needing to be something else, and so digging deeper, I went to research about what to do for Personal Development, Health & Wellness and more like Astrology, Horoscopes and Numerology, Chakras, Meditation, Tarot, Yoga, you name it, whatever came about in topics pertaining to spirituality, I was researching it. And let me say for the record, ALL, are powerful tools in helping us to understand what our Soul's Purpose is; letting go of any thoughts, activities, beliefs, behaviors or people that don't serve your soul's purpose. Notice which people drain your energy levels, and what activities suck the joy out of your life, and let them go. ... Your soul is giving you clues for a reason - listen to them!
I looked into inspiration and motivational topics and came across Tony Robbins - American author, entrepreneur, philanthropist and life coach and Hal Elrod- The Miracle Morning: The Not-So-Obvious Secret Guaranteed to Transform Your Life Before 8am, Ultra Marathon Runner, International Keynote Speaker and Success Coach, and Mel Robbins- author of The 5 Second Rule: American on-air CNN commentator, television host, author, and motivational speaker.
Everything is possible, possibilities are endless and there's no end to reaching your highest potential, the Universe is behind you.
