Had to share type of picture. 💜




If there's anything in this world that can make anyone feel the way they do when they see a picture that just makes you stop at one glance and picture themselves there at that moment, well this is most definitely that picture! And you know this is something many of us can appreciate!

Being outdoors is the most healthiest thing for us to do. Not only does the outdoors help us to connect to the Mother Earth and the Universe but being outdoors helps us to get grounded and reach our higher selves.

As we go through life, day to day, we are evolving, just as the world does. Over the years we have gone through so many changes. Just think about it, our clothes, our hair styles, technology, medicine, so many different cycles of life, and with those cycles and living in a world of flux, life just takes priority of us. Our lives become chaotic at times with work, school, boyfriends, girlfriends, spouses, children, friends, partying, but there's seldom of any "Me Time". Time for us to spend time with us and our inner and higher selves.

Think of those times when you you were young, being carefree and always laughing as a child, and everything and anything made you laugh and made you feel so happy. Playing with your toys all day, going to sleep and getting up when you were ready? Why? Because you were a child, a kid, you had no responsibilities, no cares of rent or mortgage to pay, or what to make for dinner, and is the laundry still is the washer/dryer? Do the kids have parent teacher conferences today? Or watching all the violence on TV. No because the only thing we watched on TV is our cartoons that always made us laugh. We didn't have worries being kids wondering if we'll have enough money for the bills or groceries. We just worried if there was going to be thunder and lighting raining cats and dogs and our parents not letting us out to go play, Does this resonate with you?

I think you you can relate. Moral to the story, take some time for yourself, a few minutes everyday, make it a routine to meditate, sit back, outside on the back porch, or looking out you window, or picture yourself somewhere outdoors that makes you feel at peace, reflect on you, breathe and look how beautiful nature is!
